Service Delivery: Hexops provides web development, SEO, and digital branding services. Timelines and specific deliverables are defined in each individual project agreement.
Client Obligations: The client agrees to provide necessary feedback and assets in a timely manner to ensure project success.
Ownership: Upon receipt of final payment, ownership of the final code and design assets transfers to the client. Hexops retains the right to display the work in its agency portfolio.
Liability: Hexops is not responsible for any loss of revenue or data resulting from the client's use of the delivered products once the handover is complete.
Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco.
